If you received a new server and you're trying to create your first account but receive the following error:
Missing HOST Config Line in /etc/wwwacct.conf
You need to setup a proper hostname, something that resolves to your domain. For example, you could use: server1.mydomain.tld, just be sure to substitute mydomain.tld with your actual domain.
Afterwords, you'll need to update your license internally by logging in via ssh as root and running:
/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
I have never experienced a more professional and personal client-based service such as I am enjoying from AYKSolutions. This is no plotted statement either. I'm not a guru by no means, and they have been unbelievably superb in helping me promptly, professionally, courteously, and completely. Thank you Artyom & team.
I've been a client of AYK Solutions for about six months now. They have provided the best overall experience I have had in over 10 years. I've tried iWeb, SingleHop, and a few others supposed to be the so-called best. Specifically, you are dealing with personal, professionals with AYK Solutions, and they are willing to help when all others want to charge you $** for this and $**/hr for that. I'm happy, and have no plans of going anywhere else; ever.
I have had my hosting with AYK since 2006, and it has by far been the best experience I have ever had with any hosting company. The support is always spot on and available around the clock, excellent for me since I'm always working on things at odd hours. They make upgrading to fit needs very clean and easy, the cost is excellent for services received, and they have me as a customer for life.
